Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. You’ll focus on building new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers monthly.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Documentation: Prepare quotes and manage load paperwork.
Strategy: Collaborate with the team on sales strategies.
Growth: Expand your book of business monthly.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Success in freight sales with an existing client base.
Skills: Strong work ethic, competitive, and outgoing.
Communication: Excellent at solving problems and communicating clearly.
Organization: Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office and phone systems. Prior sales CRM experience preferred.
